All content, trademarks (including Signature Word™, HumanCode™), logos, designs, and generated assets remain the intellectual property of The Inner ID. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

If you opt to share your Inner ID publicly (e.g., for the “Wall of Inner IDs”), you grant The Inner ID a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and share it in connection with our services.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to upload harmful content, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

The Inner ID is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

The Inner ID is designed for personal reflection, creativity, and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice. All outputs are AI-generated and may not always be accurate, relevant, or appropriate for your circumstances. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use your results.

If therapists, HR departments or other professionals use the service, they are responsible for professional handling of the provided services. We are not directly involved in any way regarding how the data is used by them.
