TheInnerID™ Premium is a digital, instant-delivery product. Once generated, your InnerID (including SignatureWord™, reflections, and visual assets) cannot be “returned.”
Refunds
For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions
- Payment was made in error.
- The product failed to generate.
- A clear technical issue prevented you from receiving your InnerID.
In such cases, please contact us at hello@theinnerid.com within 7 days of purchase, and our support team will review your request.
Regenerations
Premium users receive the option to regenerate their InnerID at a discounted price.
A regeneration means your answers are processed again through the HumanCode Protocol™, giving you a fresh perspective while maintaining your original inputs.
Regenerations are optional add-ons and are non-refundable once generated.
Each regeneration is unique and may vary in tone, emphasis, or language, reflecting the creative nature of HumanCode.
