It is not a personality test; it is a meaning-driven mirror designed to help you articulate who you are.
What makes TheInnerID™ different from conventional tests?
We do not place you in prefabricated types. TheInnerID™ blends a human-designed system of meaning with advanced computation to produce unique, non-templated outcomes. The emphasis is on depth, language, and resonance—not labels.

Free InnerID (Basic) — 3-5 lined concise reflection. Designed for first-time exploration.
Premium InnerID — A deeper experience with option of one of these three tones: Personal, Professional, and Poetic; extended reflections; and enhanced visual assets.
Couple Mirror (Paid) — Each partner answers a short set of prompts privately; together you receive your individual InnerIDs plus a shared compatibility report (connection themes, strengths, growth edges) and a personalized visual metaphor.
Regenerations (Discounted Add-on) — Optional re-runs that generate fresh articulations over time.
Is there really a free option?
Yes. The Free InnerID gives you a taste of the experience at no cost. Premium experiences are paid.
How is Premium different from Free?
The Basic (free) version is a light introduction: 5 questions and reflections in one tone (Poetic, Personal, or Professional).
The Premium (paid) version is the full experience: 9 questions, your SignatureWord™, unique definition, TheInnerID™ Code, high-res visual card, phone wallpaper, QR for sharing, and a discounted regeneration.
What is Couple Mirror, in brief?
A joint journey for two people. Partner A begins and shares a private link with Partner B. After both complete, you receive a combined report plus your individual InnerIDs.
Do you support therapists/coaches/HR?

4) How It Works
How do I start?
Choose a product (Free InnerID, Premium InnerID, or Couple Mirror) and follow the prompts. For couples, one partner starts and invites the other via private link.
How long does it take?
Most individual journeys take only a few minutes. Couple Mirror depends on both partners’ pace; each can complete privately and asynchronously.
Can I regenerate later?
Yes. Regenerations provide fresh language and emphasis based on your inputs and are offered at a discounted rate for returning users.
5) AI, HumanCode™ & Authenticity
Are results AI-generated or human-made?
TheInnerID™ uses advanced computation to transform your answers within a human-designed system of meaning (HumanCode™). This hybrid ensures outcomes are individualized and meaningful rather than generic templates.
Is this medical, psychological, or legal advice?
No. TheInnerID™ is a reflective tool. It is not a diagnostic instrument and should not replace professional care or counsel.
6) Privacy, Security & Data Handling
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. We use HTTPS/TLS, access controls, and reputable cloud infrastructure. Your responses are used only to generate your outputs and are not sold, rented, or traded.
Do you store my answers? For how long?
Inputs are retained only as long as needed to process and deliver your results and to maintain your access (e.g., to view or download). We minimize retention. Where retention is not required, data is deleted or de-identified.
Who can see my InnerID or Couple Mirror?
Your individual InnerID is private to you. Couple Mirror results are accessible only to you and your partner via the private link. We do not make results public without your explicit consent.
Where is data processed?
We use reputable cloud providers. Processing may occur in multiple regions to ensure reliability and performance.
Do you use cookies or analytics?
Yes. We use essential cookies for functionality and privacy-respecting analytics to improve the service. Details are available in the Privacy Policy.
How do I request data access or deletion?
Email hello@theinnerid.com with “Data Request” in the subject. We will verify identity and process requests in a reasonable timeframe.
What is the minimum age to use TheInnerID™?
The service is intended for users 18+. If you are younger, use only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
7) Pricing, Payments, Refunds & Regenerations
How is pricing shown?
Pricing is displayed clearly in USA $ before you begin. There are no hidden charges.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and region-dependent digital wallets via a secure payment processor. Method availability may vary by country.
What is your refund policy?
Because outputs are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. What is a regeneration?
A regeneration re-processes your inputs to produce a fresh articulation (language, emphasis, symbolism). Regenerations are non-refundable once delivered and are offered at a discounted rate.
9) Couple Mirror (Specifics)
Is Couple Mirror private?
Yes. Each partner answers privately. Only you two can access the shared results via your private link.
Do we need to complete it together?
No. Each partner can complete independently; the link remains valid until both are done.
Can we repeat Couple Mirror later?
Yes. Many couples repeat the journey periodically to reflect on growth. Regenerations are offered at a discount.
Do you offer refunds for Couple Mirror?
As a digital, instant product, sales are generally final. If a technical failure occurs, we will regenerate at no cost or review on a case-by-case basis.

A SignatureWord™ is a unique word chosen for you through TheInnerID™ process. It captures your essence in this moment—something symbolic and personal that serves as a mirror of who you are.
What is HumanCode™?
The HumanCode™ Protocol is the meaning-based framework behind TheInnerID™. It was designed by humans and then applied through AI tools. HumanCode™ ensures that results are not random but grounded in philosophy, psychology, and language.
What is a Premium InnerID?
The Premium InnerID is a paid version of your personal reflection. Unlike the free experience, it can include multiple SignatureWords™ and presents them in three different tones: Personal, Professional, and Poetic.
What are the Personal, Professional, and Poetic tones?
These are the three styles in which your SignatureWords™ and reflections are expressed:
- Personal: warm and relatable for everyday life.
- Professional: concise and structured for work, CVs, and LinkedIn.
- Poetic: artistic and metaphor-driven for creative inspiration.
What is Couple Mirror™?
The Couple Mirror™ is a shared reflection for two partners. Each answers privately, and together you receive a joint compatibility report—highlighting strengths, growth areas, and a symbolic visual metaphor for your relationship.
What is Regeneration?
Regeneration allows you to revisit and recreate your InnerID or Couple Mirror later. Since people and relationships evolve, regeneration gives you a fresh version with new SignatureWords™ and updated reflections.
What is a Visual Metaphor?
A Visual Metaphor is an illustration included in Couple Mirror (and sometimes in premium InnerIDs). It’s a symbolic image that represents your identity or connection, offering another layer of meaning beyond words.
What do you mean by “System of Meaning”?
The System of Meaning is the deeper philosophy that guides how words, symbols, and reflections are chosen. It connects personal identity with universal patterns, making each InnerID more than just a personality description.
